If you would like to submit yourself for representation consideration, please fill out this Submission Form. If you are submitting for voice over, we only need your contact information and voice over demo uploaded. At this time we are only accepting submissions from Arizona. Mail in submissions are also acceptable and can be sent to: Signature Models & Talent 5743 E. Thomas Rd. Suite 1 Scottsdale, AZ. 85251. Add at the bottom a voice demo upload under the pictures and resume upload.
